Watermelon Mint Cooler:

Ingredients:

Watermelon cubed            4 cups

Fresh Mint leaves             12

Lemon juice                     1 Lemon

Ice cubes                          6 to 8

Instructions:

In a blender:

Combine diced watermelon, 8 mint leaves, and lime juice.

Blend until smooth.

Strain the mixture to remove pulp.

Pour the watermelon mint juice In glasses with ice cubes.

Add 4 fresh mint as a garnish.

Serve chilled and enjoy!

 


Iced Green Tea with Lemon

Ingredients:

Green Tea Bags                  2

Water                                  4 cups

Lemon Juice                       1 lemon

Honey or Sweetener     

 (optional)                           As per taste

Ice cubes                             6 to 8

Instructions:

Bring the water to boil and remove from heat.

Add green tea bags.

let them steep for 3-4 minutes.

Remove the tea bags.

Allow the tea to cool.

Add lemon juice to the cooled green tea.

Add honey or sweetener if desired.

Pour it in the glasses with ice cubes.

Stir well and serve chilled.

 


Pineapple Ginger Lemonade:

Ingredients:

Pineapple Juice                     2 cups

Lemon Juice                        2 lemon

Fresh Ginger Grated            1-inch piece

Water                                    4 cups

Honey or sweetener             As per Taste

(optional)

Ice cubes                              6 to 8

Instructions:

In a pitcher, combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, grated ginger, and water.

Stir well to mix.

Add honey or sweetener if desired.

Pour it in the glasses with ice cubes.

Stir well and serve chilled.

 


Cucumber Basil Lime Infused Water

Ingredients:

Cucumber Sliced                               1

Fresh Basil Leaves                             10 to 12

Lemon Sliced                                      2

Water                                                   4 Cups

Ice cubes                                              6 to 8

Instructions:

In a pitcher, combine cucumber slices, basil leaves, and lime slices.

Fill the pitcher with water.

Stir gently to release the flavors.

Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and let it infuse for at least 1 hour.

Pour it in the glasses with ice cubes

Berry Blast Smoothie:

 

Strawberries, Blueberries, and Raspberries (Mix)                                             1 cup

Yogurt or Vegan Milk                                                                                        1 cup

Honey or Sweetener                                                                                           1 Tb Spoon

Ice Cubes                                                                                                            6 to 8

 

Instructions:

 

Blend mixed berries with yogurt or plant-based milk.

Add honey or sweetener.

Blend until well-combined and creamy.

Pour the berry smoothie into glasses filled with ice cubes.
